Itinerary:
This is my favorite hike ( only 8 mile) and swim outing. The experience begins with you expecting the best, and helping to make it happen. Our hike begins with  crossing a gentle creek, and walk on the easy rolling terrain  for several miles .The trail first will take us to the 15 foor rugged Overflow Falls, with a huge swimming pool beneath. We will enjoy the beauty for a short while.then we will bushwack our way on old overgrown, forest service roads toward  the  Big Creek and the 'Three Forks' intersection. Here we will have lunch & swim for abour 30 minutes.. From here we will cross Overflow Creek to visit another nice waterfall and swimming hole on Holcomb Creek, some 20' high;We will stay ,and swim as long as the group wants  before returning to the Big Creek trail, with its initial short but steep uphills to 2 more incresingly beautiful waterfalls on Big Creek; capped by a stunning, wild 3-tiered 50' beauty, in a deep gorge. . After the last waterfall we make out way out the relatively mellow uphill to easy road walk out to our cars.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $66.60 (calculated at total miles (180) * $0.370, effective Wednesday, September 08, 2010). This is based on the current gas, maintenance, and other costs of $0.370 per mile as stated by the IRS & Cars.com. This should be divided by the total number of people in the vehicle (incl driver).
For example: With 4 people in the vehicle, the expense per person on this trip would be $16.65 Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
