Itinerary:

Come learn how to play disc golf! This event is targeted at the absolute beginner and no experience or gear is needed as I will have loaner discs available. We will keep it a small group and all stay together. You can learn some basics here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disc_golf. It is pretty much the perfect sport for anyone that has ever thought a hike would be better if they could throw something.

 

Wills Park is a nice course to learn on as the holes are not that long and it is hard to lose a disc.  The course is generally flat but you should be prepared to walk through some mud, go in and out of a creek bed as needed to retrieve your throw, cross a few "homemade" bridges, and potentially get discs that you throw into bushes.
