Itinerary:

This hike will take us along the Suwanee Creek, through the woods, and along a picturesque pond.

We will meet at the Martin Farm trail head of the Suwanee Greenway and hike along the greenway to Pierce Park. We will make a big loop around Pierce Park on soft-surface trails and paved multi-use trails. Highlights will include the boardwalk and observation deck overlooking the pond.

Dogs must be on leash at all times and not interfere with other hikers and dogs.

Walking/hiking shoes, water.

Event Directions:

From Atlanta, travel North on I-85.

Take exit 111, Lawrenceville/Suwanee Road.

Go west (turn left) on Lawrenceville/Suwanee Road.

Turn left (south) on Satellite Blvd.

Turn right onto Martin Farm Rd.

Watch for gravel parking area on the left just before the greenway crosses Martin Farm Road. We will meet in this parking lot. Additional parking and restrooms are available on the right.
