Itinerary:

This is a kinda a double lollipop hike, (see below for trail information).  This hike is 8.5 miles and 1700 feet of elevation gain.  Average moving pace is around 2.5mph.

We will start on the West Trailhead, off of Route 113 (see address below).   There is a portapotty here.

Highlights:  the lake, the views, the furnace, the big tree, snacks

We will hike with a lead and a sweep.

We will stop for a brief lunch/snack. 

This is a solid D4 hike, you must have recent D4/5 events to participate in this hike.
