Itinerary:

Join me on this short evening hike to the summit of Arabia Mtn for the sunset and possibly get a view of Comet Lemmon.  We will meet at 6pm sharp at the Nature Center (not the smaller parknig lot at the Animal Center).  We will hike the half mile or so on the boardwalk to the base of the mountain and up to the top.  It should be around a mile each way.  We will watch the sunset and hang out for a while and see if we can see the comet.  Sunset is at 6:54pm.  New moon was a few days ago, so we will have a waxing cresent that sets at 7:53 pm.  Hopefully it won't be too bright for us.  After that, we will hike back down and return to our cars

Please bring a headlamp or flashlight for the walk down

Dogs are allowed.  I'll have one of mine, so lets cap it at max of 2 more.

We should have good weather, but if not, I will cancel and try to reschedule.
