Itinerary:

Want to work off the stress of the week with a great group?  Then join us for the perfect bookend to a long week.

This hike is on a well defined trail (mostly paved) and boardwalk wrapping through the park and past part of the Emory campus.  We will move quickly (roughly 4 miles an hour) and have a lot of great conversation on this roughly 70 minute hike with one hydration break about half way so that we can regroup.

This is a FAST-PACED HIKE (4.0 to 4.3 mph)

There are a couple of hills but not a significant amount of elevation.  That said, the group's pace makes this a fitness challenge that you don't want to miss!

If there has been recent rain the unpaved section may be a little muddy, so fair warning.

We go rain or shine unless the weather is going to be extreme.

We will meet at the far end of the playground parking lot near the baseball fields.  Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can do introductions and get started on time.
