Itinerary:

YO! Greenway, 24 miles, on the "not so aggressive" option, but you'll get some better elevation than just riding the routine Gway itself. We'll start at the lots across the way from the Old Alabama Rd Trailhead (see dirrection section below), we'll go down on the BAH - but not return that way...see deets further down. We go out to Sector 11, do the 180 and head back to Marconi for one extra climb, then head back towards Roswell. Once across the boardwalks we'll climb up and off the Gway thru the neighborhood (bring lights it might be dark). We'll get on the sidewalk/path and head back to PM&A - boom 24 miles.....no BAH!

A ride at your own pace, but I will continue to yell at everyone for motivation to get the 24 miles in, even if it requires me to get more! This workout will make a big difference in your spring cycling (and all sorts of other cardio-based workouts/events).

Required Items to Bring:

Bicycle - Road, Gravel, CX, MTB, Hybrid, just NO e-bikes
Helmet
F&R lights - just for safety
Water/Hydration - it might be cold, but we still dehydrate
COLD WEATHER CLOTHING - cycling/non-cycling gear - just dress for temps at the end of the ride.
