Itinerary:

 

It might feel a bit early to start registering for a day hike in June, but if you’re thinking of joining the two weekend hikes, it’s a good idea to book your place early for the accommodations.

I’ll be staying pretty close to the trailhead, and I’d be happy to share my accommodation plans if you’re interested in both hikes.

 

Bartram Trail: Hickory Knoll To Wolf Rock

This trail is well-kept and shaded, offering fantastic views from several peaks.

We will climb most of the elevation gain during the first part of the hike.

Pants are highly recommended, be cautious of poison ivy near the top

3200 ft elevation gain

PACE

While some would still consider it fast-ish”, professional hikers would say it’s a moderate pace. 

 

 

CARPOOL

I will try to help and match people to ride together if they are interested in joining one or both hikes, but there is no official carpool as I will not be able to attend.
