Let's check out one of Atlanta's most famous places -- Oakland Cemetery. We'll also hike around Cabbagetown, a section of the Atlanta BeltLine, Reynoldstown and Glenwood Park. This hike is mostly on pavement and includes some uneven steps/sidewalks inside the cemetery. We will hike at a moderate pace. We will spend a short amount of time locating some of the points of interest inside the cemetery -- including the Bell Tower and some famous gravesites. After the hike, there is an option for a social hour at Perc Coffee (our meeting place). It will be a fun and scenic hike -- and the weather should be great! No dogs on this hike -- sorry! *Important note: Katherine and Clay will be using private group texts to communicate to members about this event ahead of the hike. By signing up for this event, you agree to this style of communication.** | |||||
