Itinerary:

Consider giving your time back to the trails you love so much!!!

National Trails Day is Saturday, June 6th, and you’re invited to give back to the trails you love — join CNPC and REI Perimeter for a day of hands-on trail care at Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area! 🥾

📆 Saturday, June 6th
⏰ 9AM - 12PM
📍 Island Ford (8800 Roberts Dr, Sandy Springs) & REI Perimeter (1165 Perimeter Center W #200, Atlanta)

With over 66 miles of trails and more than 3 million visits each year, CRNRA is one of the most visited national park sites in the country. Volunteer work helps keep these trails safe, sustainable, and accessible for everyone.

We’ll start the day with a trail restoration workday at Island Ford, helping clear debris, prune overgrowth, smooth tread, and improve overall trail safety and accessibility. Then we’ll head to REI Perimeter for a celebration with food, activities, and community connection!

Wear long pants and boots, a long sleeve is advisable, but as it heats up, prepare to take it off.

It's free to register - it just lets them know how many to expect :)

Come get a little muddy, make an impact, and celebrate National Trails Day with us! Learn more and sign up at http://chattahoocheeparks.app.neoncrm.com/.../events...
