Itinerary:

TUESDAY NIGHT RIDE [TNR]

Join me for the longer route AOC Tuesday Night Bike Ride on the Big Creek Greenway. We'll be hitting the route at 6:05 p.m. from the HOLCOMB WOODS PKWY lot (across the road (south) from Roswell Big Creek Trailhead from there we'll head north out to Halcyon to do the OAB from there. We'll turn around and maybe do a pit stop at the Union Hill Sk8 park...then it's back to Marconi to do THREE Marconi climbs (you need 3 repeats to get credit for the full 30 mile event ;)~ you can do it at your own pace - I want to motivate you to get stronger...this IS THE WAY (see Additional notes below). We will be doing this as a non-stop effort, so be ready for that....as always I'll conduct a rolling re-group at Marconi, then head back to attack the BAH!.

Arrive about 10-15 minutes early for prep, warm-up, intros and such.

Also, if you're not familiar with the route, please visit these updated web sites; as we may or may not be grouped together due to varying fitness levels, my avg pace a steady 15 mpha workout - but I'll be looping back to sweep and check on things as we go along (no one left behind).

Avg speeds need to be in the neighborhood of 15+ mph.

For those of you that may not know the route, this map and GPS link should help. Map: we satart at the GPS pin drop in GPS link above, and travel north to the Halcyon turnaround for our 30 mile OAB.

This ride is best on a road bike, but can be completed on any mechanically sound bike of your choice...I'll be on my gravel bike, so choose your weapon carefully! No e-bikes permitted on AOC rides.
Bring a helmet and a positive attitude! Extra credit for attacking the lil gravel sections after/before Marconi. IFKYK ;)
