I’ve learned a lot about the AT from hiking with Gary, so I decided to combine the highlights of two of his hikes into one!

We’ll start our adventure at Hogpen Gap, heading south/west on the AT to Cowrock, then make our way back to head north to Sheep Rock Top, where we have the opportunity to get you an updated profile photo!

Expect around 3000ft elevation gain, spread out on many rolling hills.
