This note is here so that you can make an informed decision. When a Trip Leader isn't personally familiar with a trip, there is an increased chance of things not going as planned and you need to be prepared. The Trip Leader may have additional details in the itinerary.

Itinerary:

Join me on this Lake to Lake hike... We will be hiking from Dockery Lake to Lake Winfield Scott. This hike is a Tim Whiffen original and I am stealing it with great pleasure.

We start at Dockery Lake on the Dockery Lake Trail. We head uphill until we meet the AT and turn right. Uphill we continue until we reach Jarrad Gap. At the gap we turn left and head downhill to the lake. At the lake there are picnic tables, bathrooms and a BEACH! This is our lunch spot and an opportunity for a quick dip in the lake. After lunch we reverse course and head to our cars. We will be moving on the fast side of moderate, especially on the downhills.

Recent D5 experience is required to join the fun. I reserve the right to move you to the waiting list if you do not have the necessary experience with the AOC.
