Itinerary:

As the title indicated, we will also hike Hahn Woods to my usual Mason Mill and Lullwater hike. This adds about 1.5 mile, making us do some extra work on this Labor Day  :)

 

THE TERRAIN

We'll make our way from Medlock to Mason Mill, hiking as much of the wooded trails as possible.  We'll also make our way to the Emory campus and hike the trails of Lullwater and Hanh Woods.

Most of the path is natural (dirt, mud, rocks, roots) but there are some boardwalk and pavement sections to get here and there and back again. There will also be some hills, a suspension bridge, rock scrambling, railroad tracks. 

 

PARKING AND MEETING SPOT

We will be meeting at Medlock Park at the picnic pavillion/hut. (See below for GPS navigation and map)
