Itinerary:

The Big Trees Forest Preserve features a scenic 1.2-mile nature trail in Sandy Springs. We'll loop the trail a couple of times to complete a refreshing 3-mile hike by 9:00 AM. The trail consists of mulch and dirt paths with gentle elevation changes, making it enjoyable for a wide range of hikers. Along the way, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the stream that parallels the trail, with numerous rock formations adding to the preserve's natural charm.

This is an excellent hike for beginners and anyone looking to get outdoors and recharge. We'll maintain a moderate pace and complete our 3-mile hike in an hour, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day.

Beginners, newcomers, and all skill levels are welcome.

I look forward to hiking with everyone!
