Itinerary:
Great way to start the day of Feasting! First, first give thanks to a healthy body.... 

We will start early for those that are cooking and eating all day - let's burn off some of the calories to make room for the pumpkin pie. Plan to hike 5+ miles at a moderate to fast pace.

 

Parking Fee: NCRA parks have a parking fee of $3 cash, unless you have a Chattahoochee NRA annual pass ($25).

The entrance to the parking area is difficult to see. Coming north on Roswell Road, take a Right onto Riverside drive and turn IMMEDIATELY after the little bridge onto the cement driveway.

From Northbound U.S. 19/Ga. 400
Take exit 6 for Northridge Road
Stay RIGHT onto Northridge Road crossing bridge
Take first RIGHT onto Dunwoody Place, go 1.3 miles
Turn RIGHT at Ga. 9 (Roswell Road), go 0.6 miles
Cross river turn RIGHT onto Riverside Road.
Almost immediately, less than 0.1 mile, turn LEFT at park entrance.

From Southbound U.S. 19/Ga. 400
Take exit 7 for Ga. 140 (Holcomb Bridge Road)
Turn RIGHT onto Ga. 140 East (Holcomb Bridge Road), go 0.2 mile
Turn LEFT at Dogwood Road, go 1.0 miles
Continue STRAIGHT on Riverside Road, go 1.0 mile
Turn RIGHT at park entrance just before the bridge.
