| Hi All! Three weeks running now - no pun intended. I thought we could get a nice work out over at the Cochran Shoals Interstate North Pkwy Unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. Let's meet at the main parking lot pay station that is on the south side [I-75 side] of the river. There is a $3 daily use fee required. We will wait a few minutes and head out by 3:15. We will hike out on the main wide trail, and then head away from the river into the backside, less-traveled trails. We will try to maintain a 3.5 mph pace for 3 hours. After hike option: We can drive up the hill and have some pizza at Mellow Mushroom, . I look forward to seeing you all for a fun hike! Grant | |||||||
