Itinerary:

Alright, everyone this is a bit more fun casual climbing for those who think I'm a bit too energetic on my other climbing trips! We will climb until about 4:00 p.m., and then head back into Chattanooga for a bit to trade our new and old climbing stories. This trip has been known to grow to quite a large group in the past, I'd like to see that again, but to do that I need help in three areas, Sport Lead Climbers, Ropes, and Trip Leader Stars to help keep us organized. If you are able and willing to help in any of these areas, please let me know, and give more people the chance to enjoy outdoor climbing!

Leda is a beautiful area with several large climbs, although you'll need to climb at least a Stone Summit 8+ to have the chance to fully appreciate th area. There will be some more advanced climbs offered as well. Top ropes will be provided and set.

The bolting at Leda is generally good, offering lots of opportunities for sport lead climbing (Sport leaders are expected to bring the needed gear.) 

Like I said, this is intended to be part climb and part social, so please join us afterward in Chattanooga for dinner, company, some fun catching up! 

Parking at Leda is limited so carpooling is strongly encouraged!

Required Items to Bring:

Harness, Belay Device, Climbing Shoes, Water, whatever you need in a restuarant afterwards (Money if you like food, plus ID if you like beer, plus a change of clothes if you're more fastidious than I)
Sport Leaders (only) also need Rope, Quickdraws, Helmut, and Daisy Chain(Personal Protection)

Carpool Cost: Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $64.00 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile.
