Itinerary:

Join me for a leisure jog around the park.  Typically I go quite slow.  Some might even be able to walk fast and keep up.  The goal here is to generate aerobic capacity to facilitate more efficient oxygen transfer to our muscle groups.  We call it steady state.  So we will attempt to maintain a minimum fitness level while venturing through the forest for 60 minutes, that's one hour folks!

How to Get There:
Event Directions:
From I-75, take I-285 East (the perimeter highway), Exit soon at Northside Drive; turn left on Northside Drive, which circles around and crosses onto Interstate North Parkway.

[From I-85, Take I-285 west, exit Northside Drive, which crosses onto Interstate North Parkway.] River parking lots are next to bridge off Parkway; parking fees may apply. The trail heads north along the river; Note: We will meet near the trailhead gate, next to the pay station machine.
