Itinerary:

well will meet at the start of the trail to go up stone mountain across from the bathrooms at 6:30pm and be on the trail by 6:15pm. we will then head up for sunset. after sunset we can all go out for a drink near by at a local place.

look for a guy wearing a yellow shirt, shorts and chacos.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Directions to Walk up trail From I-285 take U.S. Hwy 78 East about 7 miles to Exit 8, Stone Mountain Park Entrance. After entering, road will fork at about 1 mile - stay to the right. Continue for 1 mile. About 0.2 miles, turn left into parking lot, just past the Confederate Hall. We'll gather at the start of the walk up trail near the bathrooms.

If you would like to try the free public parking, there is a Marta Park and Ride on Fourth Street in Stone Mountain Village. From there it is a less than a half mile walk on East Mountain Street into the Park and you will end up right at the start of the walk-up trail where we are meeting.
