Itinerary:
We'll meet at West Palisades (Paces Mill Entrance) and do about a four and a half mile hike. This will be a moderately paced hike and we'll move on the faster side because let's face it...we'll be dreaming of tacos and want to finish fast. Afterwards, we'll shoot straight down Cobb Pkwy (41) and go have tacos at Tacos La Villa on 41 just before I-285. You're welcome to join us for tacos if you want, but you certainly aren't required to eat with us.
 
Sam gives Tacos La Villa mad props and says it is awesome. Their Yelp reviews (link below) definitely says the same thing.

This is not a beginner hike.

Please arrive a few minutes before the event is scheduled to begin. We will depart for the hike on time.

Please remember to bring $3 cash for the National Park Service parking fee, unless you have a Chattahoochee NRA annual pass.

Paces Mill entrance. There is a restroom at the trailhead.

We'll allow up to three dogs on this hike. Per CNRA rules, please make sure your dog is on a leash at all times and you will need to pick up any messes they make. Please also don't plan on leaving your dog in the car if you're coming to dinner afterwards.  :)

- Take Exit 256 - Mt. Paran Road NW.
- Turn Left at Mt. Paran Road NW, go 0.1 mile.
- Turn right at US 41/Northside Parkway NW. go 1 mile park entrance is on your left.

From southbound Interstate 75
- Take exit 258 - Cumberland Boulevard.
- Turn right at Cumberland Boulevard, go 0.3 miles.
- Turn left at US 41 S/GA 3 S/Cobb Parkway SE, go 0.6 miles park entrance is on your right.

From eastbound Interstate 285
- Take exit 20 - Interstate 75 S, go 0.8 miles.
- Keep left at fork to Cumberland Boulevard, go 0.4 miles.
- Turn right at Cumberland Boulevard, go 0.3 miles.
- Turn left at US 41 S/GA 3 S/Cobb Parkway SE, go 0.6 miles park entrance is on your right.

From westbound Interstate 285
- Take exit 20 - Interstate 75 S/US 41/Cumberland Boulevard
