Itinerary:

Join me on this hike at the Sope Creek section of Cochran Shoals where we will hike about 6 miles. There are some nice and well-marked trails in this unit. We will try and visit the mill ruins, they make for some great pictures. 

While this isn't a fitness hike, it will be a fast pace. We will keep a steady pace and stop for rest breaks at major intersections or atop some of those crazy hills. I generally like to keep the group together, so I do stop if our group gets spread out too much. I reiterate this isn't a fitness hike, and neither is it a slow paced hike. 

We are meeting at the entrance that is along Paper Mill Road. You require 3 dollars cash for a daily park pass if you dont have an annual pass.

The physical address is approximate, I suggest using google maps to find directions to the venue. If you haven't been here before, please plan for additional time in case you miss the entrance.
