Itinerary:

This is a last minute plan to hike Island Ford. Let's get in some excercise on a Sunday Morning. We will hike trails along the river and even go by the pond. We wont be doing the lollipop trail on this hike. Most of this hike is along a flat trail, there will be a few undulations along the way. 

We will hike at a moderate to easy pace with frequent rest breaks. Please bring lots of water to stay hydrated during the hike. 

We are meeting at the Visitor center. Restrooms are available. You will need 3$ cash for a daily pass if you do not have an annual pass.


Required Items to Bring:

Appropriate clothing for the weather

3$ cash or annual park pass

Good hiking shoes

A flash light since it is starting to get dark sooner
