Itinerary:

Great event for beginners or people that just want to stretch their legs on an easy-on-the-feet trail.

All cars must have a Georgia State Park annual pass or pay $5 at the parking lot.

If you are meeting at the event please arrive by 9:15.

Iron Hill Trail at Red Top Mountain State Park is a mixed use trail that offers hikers and mountain bikers an opportunity to just relax and enjoy the outdoors and is relatively flat. The majority of the hike follows the contour of the shoreline, allowing for plenty of winter views of Lake Allatoona and was once home to an active iron mining community in the mid 1800s.

Join us afterwards for an optional lunch at Cracker Barrel on Busbee Drive by the Park and Ride.
