Come join us for an Easter Sunrise! We'll meet at the Visitor's center at 6:15am and start our hike up the mountain at 6:30. We'll stop at the top and take in what we hope to be a beautiful sunrise. We'll also take a few moments to share some personal thoughts on Easter. (Everyone is welcome - no preaching - all faiths are welcome.) After that we'll continue over Little Kennesaw, Pigeon Hill, down and then around the Brumby Trail (flat) back to the visitors center. You should arrive early and plan to park in the overflow lot (about a quarter mile down Old 41 toward Barrett Parkway). It will take you a few minutes to walk from the overflow lot to the visitor's center. Also, it should be dark when we start our hike, so bring a flashlight or headlamp. | |||||||
