Itinerary:

Join us for a Thursday after work hike at Lullwater Preserve  and Hahn Woods.  Lullwater Preserve lies at the heart of Emory University’s campus.  The 154 acre preserve contains the home of the University’s President, the beautiful Candler Lake, a 210 foot suspension bridge, acres of green space, and miles of walking and jogging trails. We will start at the iron gates and head into Lullwater.  We will take the unpaved lake loop trail around a newly widened and mulched path along South Peachtree Creek.   We will cross over the suspension bridge and take the north side trail to Hahn Woods.  We will make the Hahn Woods creek loop and head back along the south side path of South Peachtree Creek to Lullwater.

We will move at a moderate pace and should have no problem returning before dark.

PARKING:  The Starvine Parking Deck at the Emory Clairmont Campus is free after 5:00 pm.  Once out of the deck, walk south and we will meet at the big Iron gate where all the Cliff shuttles go through, right in front of the Clifton School.
