Itinerary:

OVERVIEW: Doll’s Head Trail is part of Constitution Lakes Park, a scenic 100 acre wetlands park on the southside (near the I-675 / I-285 interchange) that provides an excellent habitat and nesting area for dozens of bird species.

The park is best known for its numerous birds and other wild critters and its botanical and aquatic beauty.

The lesser known Doll's Head trail is a loop off the main trail containing discarded doll parts and other trash that was littered around the site. It is now arranged as an art project around the trail.

EVENT PACE and PLAN: We will take a slow walk around the trails, stopping to enjoy the "art".  The total length is about 2 miles.

Lunch - Please join us for an optional lunch after the hike at "Southern Comfort Resturant", about 2 miles from the trailhead.

Thanks to Charlie Cottingham for the original bird hike writeup at this location.
