Itinerary:

Please join us for a brisk December afternoon paddle on the beautiful Chattahoochee River, beginning at Azalea Drive. We will be going at a moderate pace to explore and enjoy our afternoon. We will also find a spot to stop on the water to eat our snacks/lunch near the dam or near the dock off the park at Morgan Falls.

This will be a 9 mile paddle on mostly flat water. We will be going downstream and upstream, but there is typically not much of a current on the way back up. So, this paddle is suitable for beginners, but remember, you will be paddling the entire trip.

Please arrive about 15-20 minutes early to off load boats and do a meet & greet for new (or returning) AOC members. We'll be in the water at 1 p.m. SHARP!  #PaddlesUP
