Itinerary:

My first hike at Fort Yargo.  Please join me. We will be hiking mostly on the lake trail around the 260 acre lake.   There is not much elevation at Fort Yargo and althgouh it is a D3 it will not be a super strenous D3 - will be hiking at moderate pace, stopping a few times for water breaks and to enjoy the scenery at Fort Yargo.  Hike will be approx. 3 hours and just about 7 miles - plan on over/under on both time and mileage since I will be learing the trails along with you.

Please bring $5.00 cash for parking at Fort Yargo or if you have a GA State Parks annual pass please display in your vehicle
