Itinerary:

We never get tired of hiking at Vickery Creek.  It offers so much with a variety of trails and routes, beautiful views of the water along the creeks and at the dam, and occasional glimpses of wildlife.   We'll keep a moderate pace through the trails on this one, with pauses for water and catching our breath when needed.  PLEASE NOTE WE ARE PARKING AT RIVERSIDE PARK!   There's plenty of free parking here and bathrooms are available!   We'll cross the street and enter the Vickery Creek CNRA from here.

The trails at Vickery are not entirely easy.  There are several good hills as well as trails with roots and rocks, but with a moderate pace, it should be manageable for folks who have been handling D1 or easier D2 hikes.

Because of a glitch in the registration process, we've run into the problem of having too many members added to the active list above the maximum limit of 20.  Please be aware that we will be moving members above 20 registrants to the waiting list in the order of their registration times.  People will then be added to the active list as we have withdrawals.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to use the bathroom, check in, and do intros.
