Itinerary:

Come get TWO FULL LOOPS+ at Roswell Area Park after work today. Even in my gimpy state - the legs still work and need to keep working, so this park is a great place to just that. The trails are packed gravel and asphalt with a little to no elevation and wide enough for conversation even with an arm in a sling! We will be walking at a brisk pace: about a 16 minute/mile pace to get a good workout, so bring comfy shoes and maybe a rain jacket (30% at time of posting) and we'll knock this bad boy out!!

Starting from the first parking lot on the left, we'll cover 6.4 miles at a steady brisk pace, be prepared to stay with the group as I want to keep things kind of tight. We'll have a reststop at the bathrooms near mile 3 if anyone needed to use it. The second loops goes up and around the ballparks near the entrance, through the school yard, through their soccer fields...and out back on the regualr pathway...you know, to keep it interesting.

Please arrive a few minutes early for check in and introductions as we will be leaving on time.

If you bring your socially calm dog - please observe all park rules

Come "HECK OR HIGH WATER" I'll stay fit down this shoulder surgery recovery period!!
