Itinerary:

We will meet at the Elachee Aquatic Center. This hike is a combination of the Lake & Bridge Loops.  Don your comfortable shoes for this moderate trail between Chicopee lake and the Elachee Nature Center that meanders throught the rolling hills of the region. This hike will be moderated paced maintaing at least 3 miles per hour. We should be able to experience some beautiful fall colors.

PARKING FEE: All vehicles entering and parking in the Chicopee Woods Conservation Area are subject to the Chicopee Woods Area Park Commission parking fee (effective February 1, 2018). Daily parking fee is $5 per vehicle or $10 for 15-passenger vans and buses. Or, purchase a $50 annual parking pass. LEARN MORE

Event Directions:

Take 85 North and stay left at the split staying on I-985 N. Take exit 20 for GA-60 toward GA-53/Gainesville/Candler Road. Turn right on GA- 60/Queen CIty Pkwy for 0.3 miles. Then turn right onto Calvery Church Road for 2.3 miles where you will see the parking lot on the left for the Aquatic Center.
