We will get a great work out hike up both mountains. But, we will turn back at the summit of Lil Ken and decrease distance and elevation game somewhat. The average pace will be around 3.0 MPH. You are welcome to continue on to Burnt Hickory and make it a greater workout for yourself. Please get to the Visitors Center and be ready to hike at 10:30 AM.
