Elevation gain:  approximately 2700 feet

Distance: 10 miles

Pace is half fast - rather moderate.  Slow on the uphill and faster going down.  The hike will maintain a lead and a sweep.

We will leave Mansell and Ride at 8:00 am.  We will stop at Ingles for a bio break before the hike.  Hike will begin close to 10AM.  Also, we will have dinner in Clayton before heading back.  If you don't want to have dinner, no worries, but let's make sure before we get into carpools.

If you want to meet at Ingles in Clayton please send Ann an email.

Hey, if you've not completed a recent D5, please send the trip leaders information on your recent hiking experiences (trail name, distance, date, pace), this enable us to ensure group safety.  If I don't get an email from you, I will move you to the waitlist.
