Itinerary:

Over 13 months ago (Dec-18) I did an event at my home, here is the link of that event.

 https://www.atlantaoutdoorclub.com/event/details.asp?eventid=16236

Idea of this event was to talk and to introduce mountaineering and hiking opportunities in Pakistan (you can read more details in above link). That event had very good turnout and two AOC members (Steve Fix and Vera Nazon) signed up for 2019 Pakistan trip. With three confirm participants myself plus two, I was close to post 2019-Pakistan trip as an AOC event. Then decided against it and kept it off the grid as pilot project to learn and get experience. So four months ago in August-2019 we three made that trip.

We had a great time we spent 12 days in mountains and did four mini expeditions going to the base camps of 9th and 27th tallest mountains, ie Nanga Parbat and Rakaposhi (In the promo picture we are at altitude of 11,000 feet with Rakaposhi Range and Glacier in the bachground) we also climbed a smaller mountain (Jilipur Peak) in the valley of Nanga Parbat range elevation 17,000 Ft. We also spent six days in the cities, as both my fellow travelers were interested in the culture.

With the accomplishment of this pilot project and breaking of myth. I feel confident about posting 2020 trip as an AOC event. Obviously some curious or interested members might have had many questions or they just want to come and listen. I am therefore opening my home again for another session of talk. In the last session (mentioned above) I was the only speaker. This time I won't be speaking. instead Vera and Steve will provide insight of their experience. I am thankful for their participation.

Looking forward to see you guys
