**LAST MINUTE CHANGE UP FOR RAIN**
READ THIS FULL write up:
a trail run with some reallllly fast hiking, it's a leg & lung shredding event! It's 10k+ the HARD WAY!

Join me as we "LIGHT" up the trails with a trail run mixed with some seriously fast hiking. Today's rain is forcing me to play it safe...LTMP has less trail debris, it's groomed better and it's much wider...so it's a lot easier to open it up for a rainy trail run! The LTMPTR will get that heart rate & step count up right out of the gate...This week day D4 trail run (which is more running than it is fast hiking) will see some small elevation, as I take you along what I affectionately dub my "training grounds!" We will do one loop clock-wise (plus the pond loop), then loop BACK around for a SECOND LOOP (plus pond loop) in the counterclockwise direction. This is NOT a "check out the scenery" event. Conditions have been a little sloppy out there, expect some loose terrain - trekking poles are always advised.

This FAST hike/trail run is along various trails at LTMP (in a top secret special direction) there are no formal stops planned. The average overall pace will be in the 12 minute/mile pace. So, if you haven't been on any FAST AOC D4 hikes recently you're probably not going to like this hike - saying it's fast is an undestatement. If I see you falling back pretty far within the first mile (or two) I will ask you to try again after a few months...Safety first, respect to the others second.

Rain or Shine...althought I prefer the latter.
