Itinerary:

If you enjoy creek crossings and waterfalls, you will love this hike.

Join me as I hike the Emery Creek Trail from Holly Creek to the campground. This trail has at least 15 creek crossings (each way), some are knee deep, most are ankle deep.  We will not be stopping at each creek to change shoes, wear shoes that can get wet! It would also be a good idea to bring poles due to the slippery rocks in the creek. We will be seeing at least 2 waterfalls.

This hike is just over 12 miles long with 3000 feet of ascent, most of the ascent is in the 3 miles after the second waterfall. I will be changing into my dry hiking boots for the ascent.

To participate in this strenuous event, you must have recent D4/D5 experience.
