FULL DISCLOSURE:

Yes, the pandemic is REAL, so during this event: Practice your best social-distancing techniques and bring a mask for group meeting.

The plan is to de-stress on this after-work, dog-friendly, moderately-paced hike at Sweetwater Creek State Park's Yellow and Orange trails. We will hike .7 mile on the Yellow Trail until we cross the bridge that crosses over Sweetwater Creek. From there we will take the 3.3 mile Orange Trail loop. The orange trail starts off with several hundred feet of elevation gain before leveling off  to mostly flat with a few rolling hills. Once we complete the orange trail loop we will reconnect with the yellow trail for the .7 mile return to our cars. While most of the trail is on level ground or down hill, there are sections of moderate elevation gain so if you have difficulty going uphill or have a medical condition, this is not the hike for you.

Yellow/Orange Trail: Approx. 4-mile loop. Blazed orange/yellow. Rated moderately difficult for normal people.
