Itinerary:

Join me as we light up the trails with a quick(er) stepping trail run that will get that heart rate & step count up right out of the "gates"... This is NOT a "check out the scenery" event, be prepared to be at threshold on this new YO-YO route. Conditions have been a little sloppy out there, expect some loose terrain - trekking poles are always advised.

This FAST hybrid trail run is along various trails at Vickery Creek CRNRA (in a top secret special direction) there are no formal stops planned. The average overall pace will be in the sub 13 minute/mile pace (or quicker, last week we had a 9 min mile on mile 3). So, if you haven't been on any FAST AOC D4 runs recently you're probably not going to like this event - saying it's fast is an undestatement and we go faster up hill. If I see you falling back pretty far within the first mile (or two) I will ask you to try again after a few months...Safety first, respect to the others second.

I've plotted this out & back (yo-yo) course in my STRAVA app as the VCQS 6.YoYo

Rain or Shine...althought I prefer the latter.
