Itinerary:

 

Join us for an 8 mile out-and-back walk on the Beltline Eastside Trail all the way to glenwood ave, where the paved trail ends.

We will meet at the park tavern brewery parking lot (500 10th St NE, Atlanta) at the top of the stairs. 

Our route will take us through the old fourth ward, inman park, through the krog street tunnel, east on wylie street, over I-20 to glenwood ave. 

We will take a lunch break at this halfway turn-around point.

Bring a sandwich or get food at chick-fil-a located near the lunch stop.

After the lunch break we will turn around and head back to Park Tavern.

The total distance will be about 8 or so miles on the paved trail.  

Dogs are welcome, I will bring two dogs.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Meet at the park tavern restaurant parking lot at the top of the stairs.

Parking is usually available in the Park Tavern parking lot for only $5.   http://www.parktavern.com/parking

Please give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to Park Tavern to meet us. Parking may be available for free along some of the streets near Piedmont Park.  Please take note of the no parking signs to avoid an expensive ticket, boot, or tow.
