Please join me in hiking Jones Bridge, one of the Chattahooche River National Recreation Area parks.   We will start at the parking lot and head towards the trail heading south along the river, then turn away from the river and hike into the forest.  There are some mild climbs but nothing too strenous.   This hike will be at a moderate pace (not fast) great hike for those new to the AOC or new to hiking.  Not a hard core, fast hike

Our hike will be approximately 5 miles in length and we will be back to the parking lot by 10:30

$5.00 daily parking fee - best to purchase in advance.  you can purchase from Kiosk in parking lot by scanning a code that is provided, entering some data online including your credit card number.  Cash is not accepted.  Or click link for purchase of daily or annual pass  https://www.nps.go v/chat/planyourvisit/fees.htm

Please arrive 10 min early to meet your fellow hikers.

COVID-19 - please be respectful to AOC members and other hikers on the trails - keep social distance at least six feet between yourself and your fellow hikers.  Please be advised that attendees of AOC events should have face coverings on their person, in the event they are unable to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet.
