Itinerary:

Easy does it at Sawnee - not a super fast hike.  There are hills but we will take them slow and easy.  We will meet at the parking lot at 2505 Bettis Tribble Gap Road (the new side).

First we'll cross Bettis Tribble Gap Road and head up to the Indian Seats, then head back across the road to do the Mountainside Trail

Please arrive a few minutes early to do our introductions as we will be leaving on time.  There is a restroom at this location BUT not sure it will be open. Please plan accordingly.

Dogs are not allowed on these trails.

(if you go to the wrong parking lot just cross Bettis Tribble Gap Road and we'll be on the other side)

Rated as a D3 due to elevation  BUT this is not a fast hike, not a fitness hike, just a nice steady pace.  If you are looking to race up and down the hills at Sawnee this is NOT the hike for you.
