Itinerary:

#MOVEmber #Min20Min Challenge
Come get TWO FULL LOOPS at Roswell Area Park after work today. This is a hybrid trail run.  We'll be focusing on a easier start/warmup and easing back into our gravel routine, since the trail is a combination of packed gravel and asphalt (it's a bit more of a beating (for me at least)). There is little to no elevation and wide enough for running side by side, the pace will be somewhat fast once we warm up, but we'll settle into our grooves after a casual start. I may even throw in an off-trail (thru the fields) section to keep everyone on their toes.

Starting from the first parking lot on the left, we'll cover 6.1261 miles (on the ORANGE TRAIL) at a steady, yet quick pace in a clockwise fashion, looping back around after the tennis courts and back again. The second loops is basically the same...yet faster LOL (or not).

Please arrive a few minutes early for check in and introductions as we will be leaving on time. You may want to bring a headlamp since some of the sections are a little dark...but for the most part it is well lit.
