Itinerary:

It's MLK Day today, and it's Katherine's 100th AOC event!  It's a centennial celebration hike!

Hopefully, parking won't be a problem at Riverside Park.  We'll start our hike there (meeting at the bathrooms) and walk down the sidewalk and trail to Don White Park.  We'll take a trail into the woods for a bit before returning to Riverside Park, where we'll cross the street into Vickery Creek.  We'll do a short loop through there and return to our cars, hopefully getting in about 5 miles before we finish.

Our pace will be moderate.

This starting point offers lots of free parking spaces plus bathrooms!

Hiking poles are recommended for the Vickery Creek part of the hike, though we'll be on those trails for just a couple of miles.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to use the bathroom, check in, and do intros.  We'll start on time, so please arrive by 9:50.
