Itinerary:

It's a special day!  Lee Wang will reach his 500th AOC event with us

We'll start our hike at Riverside Park  (meeting at the bathrooms) and walk down the sidewalk and trail past Don White Park.  We'll take a trail into the woods for a bit before returning to Riverside Park, where we'll have a short restroom break, grab our hiking poles, and cross the street into Vickery Creek.  We'll do an abbreviated loop through Vickery and return to our cars, hopefully getting in 5+ miles when we get back to our cars. Our pace will be moderate.  The Vickery Creek portion of the hike will not be easy, as the park has some technical trails with hills, roots, and rocks - - so hiking experience is required!  Our pace will be a steady moderate speed - - about 2.5 - 2.8 mph.

This starting point offers lots of free parking spaces plus bathrooms.

Please plan to arrive by 9:50 am to use the bathroom, check in, and do intros.
