Nothing could be finer than some good ole southern bluegrass music! Join us as we head to Elijah Clark State Park for pioneer camping on Clarks Hill Lake and enjoy three days of sun, food and bluegrass music. An added bonus on Saturday will be Old Timer’s Day…we’ll see craft vendors, primitive skills demonstrations, antique cars, tractors and hit and miss engines.

Located on the western shore of 70,000-acre Clarks Hill Lake (the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi River), this park is named for a frontiersman and Georgia war hero who led pioneers during the Revolutionary War. A renovated and furnished log cabin museum displays furniture, utensils and tools circa 1780.

The park also has fishing, swimming, a beach, miniature golf and three and ½ miles of hiking.
