A nice moderate hike to start off the New Year! Come join us on a relaxing afternoon local hike at the beautiful Red Top Mountain state park surrounded by Alatoona lake.

Required Items to Bring:
Water or sports drink and some snacks on the trail. 		Recommended Items to Bring:

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Cartersville, GA 30121 1:00pm Visitor/Ranger Station Red Top Mountain (Near tennis courts) Take I-75 North from Windy Hill Road go Approx 18 miles to Exit# 285 and turn right or follow the sign to Red top mountain state park, park at the visitor/ranger station (small wooden building, and its NOT THE LODGE)

Notes:

Are Dogs Permitted? Yes, however they MUST remain on a 6 leash. Owner is responsible for case and control of thier animal.

Will this event occur rain or shine? No, no hiking in the rain, snow or sleet.

NOTE: Please be considerate of others. If you sign-up and cannot attend, please e-mail the trip leader, so others that may be on a waiting list may attend.
