Its time for another hiking trip. What a great opportunity to get a jump on those Valentines Day Calories. Ill be leading a hike to a little jewel of a place that is very close by and will allow us all to meet for an afternoon outing.

Sweetwater Creek State Park is a gorgeous wilderness just minutes west of Atlanta. A peaceful trail follows a stream to the ruins of a textile mill burned during the Civil War and beyond, rocky bluffs for beautiful views. Depending on the weather and the group this hike will be from 5-7miles and will be done at a fairly brisk pace. Post event dining is optional.
