Itinerary:

We'll first hike to the old mill - - a really interesting historical relic that all who trek the Sope Creek trails should see at least once.  Then we'll meander other trails in the area until the sunshine wanes.  At our moderately fast pace, we should cover at least 5 miles - - a great pre-dinner workout.

This would not be a good hike for beginners.  The area has lots of elevation changes and would be extremely challenging at the pace we plan to keep.
