Itinerary:

This is a trail running event on hilly terrain, but the hills aren't all that big.  We'll walk around the bluffs part.  This is a good event if you are new to trail running and just want to give it a shot.  If you get tuckered out, just walk fast, but then run again after you rest a bit by walking fast.

We're going to do a Zig-Zag pattern where we take the right after the bridge, then we take the first left, then the next right, then the next right, then the next left, then the next right, then we loop around to the creek and follow it to the big pipe, then loop around and take a left up the hill, then take a left at the top of the hill and then the first right, then to the falls and back, then the first left, then left to the pipe and back up the hill, then to the left on the cool trail, then to the bridge.  Oh yeah, we go to the bridge and back from where we park.  This is warm up and cool down.

We will meet at the trail head parking area off of Dobbs Drive which is off of Oxbo Road.  Turn onto Dobbs Drive off of Oxbo, then go up the hill.  Soon you will come to a parking area on the right that has a few spaces for day users of the trail.  See the red circle (well it's kind of a circle anyway.  Looks more like a house) in the map shown. Look for the brown signs that say something about Parking for the Pedestrian Bridge.

We will start at event start time on the nose or earlier if everyone gets there early.
